What happen to the subject ? 

1. If we think the object is more import than the subject. => Be + P.P

2. We don't know the doer of the action.

3. doer is not important.

Future will + be + p.p

Phrasal verb <= two word verb.

Wake us up => The noise woke us up.

                                           pronoun 

wake us up => noun => the noise woke Roy up.(o)

pick up =>         => the noise woke up Roy.(o)

switch it off  <= phrasal verb.
